Help! Need Romantic Hotels near Anaheim.

Please help. I am trying to book a nice romantic hotel for me and my husband. We are both in our 20%26#39;s (no kids) and will be around the area to go to Disneyland and some other attractions for a ';pre-anniversary celebration';. We will have a vehicle with us so driving for 15-10 minutes to and from attractions and the hotel is no problem. I just want recommendations hotels for young couples as I%26#39;m not sure if staying in the hotels around Disneyland would be for us.

Thanks in advance!

Romantic, I would look at the Huntington and Newport Beach areas, and try and find a Hotel on the Coastline.

Anaheim is a great area to stay, but has two major focuses, Famlies going on vacation, and Business Travellers.

I would much rather have a view of the ocean, and a chance to walk with my loved one to restaurants and other nice areas.

Then when I want to visit a Theme Park, I would just drive there.

That%26#39;s what I figured. I know Newport %26amp; Huntington aren%26#39;t far but I%26#39;m just scared of the price! Thanks for the 2nd opinion....i%26#39;m on a new search then!

If you want to stay at the beach, you may want to try looking into Laguna Beach since there are lots of choices and several on the beach.

Laguna Beach Inn is nice. If that is too expensive. try Capri Laguna. It%26#39;s not like a resort or B and B, but it is built into a cliff and has some good views from the ocean view rooms. It%26#39;s got a deck and BBQ, with a small gazabo that looks out over the ocean. A pathway through the hotel leads to the beach.

IMHO, some of the Garden Grove hotels close to DLR should be romantic enough. I went to the Crowne Plaza for a 3 day conference once and snuck in some time with my then boyfriend. We thought it was romantic. It seemed pretty quiet in the evenings then, as meetings were during the day only. I think it is one of the lesser used hotels for conventions/conferences. And there weren%26#39;t a whole lot of kids running around. I also went to the Marriott, next to the convention center, with a boyfriend and was very happy there. Although it was a bit of a shock in the morning with all the convention goers walking around. I honestly think that a young couple in love can tune out the world sometimes. Anyway, what matters is who you are with.

Just my opinion, but since you are young and into Disney, I would go with the Disneyland Hotel and get a pool view. Very pretty at night.

Of course, it would be great if you get lucky and win a night in the new dream suite inside DL!
