I will also be in LA for surgery and will be visiting Wilshire Boulevard Beverly Hills, CA area, around June for 3 weeks and would like to also know about any recommendations for short stay apartments.

I think an inexpensive motel would be cheaper than a short stay apartment. See oakwood.com for short stay apartments or maybe check craigslist.com or vrbo.com

The Palladium and Park LaBrea are in a great area near the Grove and only 10 mins away. Also, look up the Valadon Hotel in West Hollywood nearby. If you want to rent from an individual, craigslist.org has sublet listings and vrbo.com is another apt rental site.

I%26#39;d second the Park LaBrea complex. I%26#39;m just not sure what their minimum stay is. My parents looked at staying there a few years ago. I thought the place was quite nice and, for your purposes, quite central and convenient.
