We are coming to San Francisco for spring break with 2 children, aged 11 and 17.
Any recommendations on where we should stay and fun things that the kids would enjoy? Waterfront or Union square area?

San francisco hotelsWith some exceptions, Union Square is the best choice, Fisherman%26#39;s Wharf usually the second. The most consistently recommend hotel in this forum is the Chancellor, a half-block from Union Square. The Embarcadero? It%26#39;s OK.
