Grayline Tours

My family and I are taking our first trip to DL in June. Thank-you to everyone for all of your helpful tips from this forum!! My question is: should I pre-book my Universal Studios Tour from home, or when I arrive at the hotel in DL? Also, is the front of the line pass really worth the extra money? I am on a buget. I already have 3-day hopper passes to DL with my vaction package.

Also, should I pre-book bus transportation from the airport (LAX), or is transportation easy to obtain once we arrive at the airport?

Thank-you so much.

Well, Gray Line does offer a small discount if you book in advance.

For the Airport Bus, they run on a set schedule, so just baord and then hand the voucher to the supervisor when he boards in Anaheim. You do need to call and book your trip back to LAX.

As for Universal Studios, I would just buy the basic package from Gray Line, or the Combo tour that includes a tour of LA after the park. Once you enter USH, and feel it is overly busy, you can always upgrade to the Front of the Line pass. There is a stand near the Blues Brothers Stage on the Upper Lot that sells them. But more than likely, you won%26#39;t need them.

Thank-you Darkbeer!I was thinking about buying the USH combo tour since it will be our first time in LA.

Your advice is appreciated!
