What makes a Good Neighbor hotle?

I see alot of Motels and Hotels that post the good neighbor logo but are NOT on the Disney site, Does anyone know what makes a good neighbor?

Pretty much, it is an agreement with Disney to sell a certain amount of rooms to the Walt Disney Travel Company at a discount, so Disney can resell them in their packages.

What makes a Good Neighbor hotle?

Please note that Disney has several different levels of Good Neighbour hotels, so you want to check that. A hotel could be a good neighbour hotel, but is not equal in service to other hotels.
