Under 24 car rentals

Hi guys,

I%26#39;m looking for some advice on where to rent a car in LA. We are arriving into LAX, but are both only 22 (UK) and have found that there are a lot of surplus charges for being under 24. Has anyone any advice on where to rent a car to carry 4 adults with 4 large suitcases, for a reasonable price?
