I am having alot of difficulty getting a condo rental for 10 days with a swimming pool in the downtown/little italy area. There are 4 adults travelling with my son who will be 10 months in july for my brothers wedding and would like something in the city area for around $300 to $325 per night

can anyone help??

Sorry that the one in Little Italy fell through for you. In mid July there is a giant convention/event downtown which may be affecting availability. Is there a reason why you MUST stay downtown?

we are hoping to stay in an area which has restaurants and bars within walking distance as we do not want to be driving all the time, we would also like to have a kitchenette as we have a young child travelling with us - we would take a hotel with a kitchen if we could

There are a lot of vacation rentals at the beach areas which also have restaurants and bars nearby.

On the sites you have already been given look at Pacific Beach. YOu can also try the Capri by the Sea which is a condo at the beach that rents out like a hotel.

Homewood Suites by Hilton at Liberty Station has kitchens with dishes ect. and is 2 miles from Downtown. www.homewoodsuites.com

Also the Residence Inn by Marriott Downtown is in a good location right by Little Italy and the harbor and is less than a mile from Downtown. www.marriott.com
