I presume you will use the carpool lanes, I would plan for about 40 minutes, but if you are lucky, it might be closer to 20 minutes.

How many people are required for car pool in CA? There will be two of us.

That is the ';magic'; number, 2 or more in Southern California for carpool lanes, and that can be one adult and one child. Two living human beings, dogs don%26#39;t count ;)

It took us 20 mins via I-5/57 Frwy last week week when we were there. We used the car pool lane. It took 5 mins to return the car and less than 5 mins through security, there were only a couple of people in line when we went through. SNA is so easy, I love it!
