What to pack for trip to wine country vacation?

I am spending 7 nights in the wine country last week in May with my husband. What do I need to pack? I am hoping to be able to be ';comfy-casual'; (shorts, capris, t-shirts etc). Do I need to bring anything dressy? Can I expect the weather to be fairly warm that time of year? What about at night?

Here is where we are staying during the week;

Ukiah-Vichy Springs Resort-(2 nights)

Healdsburg in a cottage in town,(3 nights)

Golden Haven Spa in Calistoga,(2 nights)

Any suggestions would be MOST appreciated!

Casual dress is definitely what will be fine throughout your trip, even for dinner out (altho%26#39; some restaurants discourage shorts/t-shirts). Nice jeans or slacks and a nice top (polo or golfshirt for the guys) would be appropriate for any of our restaurants. If you want to dress up a bit more, you%26#39;ll also fit comfortably into the environment of restaurants like Cyrus, Dry Creek Kitchen, Madrona Manor. End-of-May weather can be difficult to predict. Since all 3 areas you mentioned are well inland, day temp%26#39;s SHOULD be very comfortable, in the 70%26#39;s, but will cool off significantly at nite and may still be down into the 40%26#39;s. It%26#39;s best to check weather forecasts a few days before you leave and then pack accordingly. Layers are the key, since you never really know from day to day. We%26#39;ve even had significant rain at the end of May into early June, but that doesn%26#39;t look like much of a possibility for this yr.

Looks like a nice plan, Calistoga is a very laid-back place in the wine country. Healdsburg, more upscale. I highly recommend a meal at Cyrus while in Healdsburg, it is a more formal venue in the wine country. The Wappo Bar %26amp; Bistro in Calistoga is a nice place for a less formal, more casual meal in the wine country. Have fun! :)
