Our trip in March 2008 we stayed at the Motel 6 %26amp; relied on the ART for trips to %26amp; from Disneyland. This was our first (and last) experience with this shuttle. Motel 6 is the 3rd of 3 motel stops for this route %26amp; if they were full, they bypassed our motel.

We had early entry into ToonTown %26amp; was out at 6:50am to catch the first shuttle at 7am. Seven came %26amp; went....no bus, 7:30am came......no bus, 8:00am came.....no bus........at 8:15 a bus came %26amp; could only take 8 people. Well by the time the bus came Motel 6 had about 100+ people waiting. People crowded up %26amp; cut in %26amp; left the original 3 families (ours included) waiting for the next one. The next bus arrived about 8:25am %26amp; the driver squeezed as many in as he could leaving no light between the riders standing in the middle. The driver actually went to another motel %26amp; said we needed to get a dozen more people on or we weren%26#39;t going to the park. I couldn%26#39;t believe they were treating us this way. Why couldn%26#39;t that stop wait like we all had. We finally arrived at Disneyland at 8:45am. Shouldn%26#39;t complain, we finally got there.....problem was our early entry started at 8am, it was over by the time we made it thru security, thru the front gates %26amp; then back to ToonTown. This was the only day we could use it. Very disappointed kids!!

So here%26#39;s my advice: If you don%26#39;t care if %26amp; when you%26#39;re picked up....use them. If you like being sardined with no air.....use them. If you like standing with your sleeping children on your shoulders %26amp; your bags %26amp; stroller in hand while trying desperately to maintain your balance.....use them. We will find alternate ways to the park or pay extra for a motel within walking distance of the entry.

Just needed to vent %26amp; warn others if using ART during peak periods(which is quite a bit of the year).

Wow sorry you had such a bad experience with them. My kids and I used them for 6 days last July going from the Sheraton Park. We had great luck with them. The bus was only maybe one or two minutes late and they always had room. Sorry again for your bad experience.

I appreciate that. We decided that Motel 6 was the ';ugly stepsister'; of their stops. The trips home from the park were miserable %26amp; always over-crowded. We never once got to sit on the trip back %26amp; we always were loaded with bags, stroller %26amp; the 2 kids asleep on us.

We mentioned to the driver(s) %26amp; the motel 6 management that they really could dedicate a bus just to them.

I also sent an email to ART after arriving home %26amp; they didn%26#39;t even respond. I felt they should have at least acknowledged my letter whether it be good or bad.
