All suggestions welcome! :)

Cheers

Things for Teenagers to do in L.A?

What kinds of things do you like to do in general? Teenagers are different. Are you visiting on your own? What part of the city are you staying in? Will someone be driving you around or you will be taking public transportation? Are you interested in theme parks? Shopping?

You can go to Santa Monica Pier/Promenade one evening and Universal Citywalk after a visit to Universal Studios another evening. During the day, walk around Melrose Ave boutiques. You can also check out California Science Center, hang out at the beach (Venice Beach boardwalk would be fun for teenagers), etc

Six Flags Magic Mountain, a teenage dream come true,so dont miss out on that park.

Also would suggest the beach, Venice will be a blast for you. You can rent a bike or rollerblades

Hollywood is fun at night, there are plenty of other teenagers roaming the streets and watching some street performances

Third Street Promenade is fun at night aswell, especially on the weekends

You can go to Griffith Park, the observatory is fun. You can even rent horses there and go down some trails

You can check out a game at Dodger Stadium, always fun and tickets are rather cheap

Check out a Tv Show taping, either a sitcom, talk or gameshow is always a fun experience

Go to the Grove/Farmers Market. Great Food and plenty of teenagers that hang out there

If you are here during the 4th of july weekend, there is usually a big clubnight going on at the Los Angeles Sports Arena that weekend which is all ages. It is one big event with 10000+people dancing and having fun in various rooms of the arena

If you are into comedy, you can check out the Comedy %26amp; Magic Club in Hermosa Beach. (310-372-1193) It%26#39;s a nice place where you can have a dinner and see a good show where the comics keep it pretty clean. Jay Leno performs every Sunday night.

Also, you can do a night time horseback ride in the Hollywood Hills. www.sunsetranchhollywood.com

Have fun!

Hop on the train and see Pasadena, Hollywood, Olvera Street (next to Union Station- very cool), Chinatown, etc. It%26#39;s $5 all day and sure beats fighting traffic.

I would check out Hollywood and Highland, also check out Amoeba Records on Sunset and the Arclight Dome next door. Hollywood and Vine station, walk down Vine a couple of blocks to Sunset and there it is.

FYI, it should be noted that the 4th of July Los Angeles Sports Arena ';event'; is a rave.
